Allow specifying split soft credits from a single donation

Sometimes, we receive donations or sponsorships for TeamRaiser events where the single donation needs to be split soft credited across multiple participants. Today, the only option is to break this donation up into multiple donations, each with a single soft credit - and this isn't always feasible, for example if it's a single credit card transaction. But one example we have is when a TeamRaiser event has voting based on dollars raised, and a sponsor would like their gift spread among all the participants rather than as a generic event gift.
