Have a way to batch import items into a cross reference list from a CSV or text file

Our organization is using cross references lists to link our appeal codes to specific TeamRasiers so that we can track these activities in our CRM platform. It would save us a ton of work if there were a way to batch upload this data, rather than manually entering in each item and associating it to the correct TeamRaiser.
