Incorporate some of the best features from Kintera/Sphere into Team Raiser

For an example:  reporting function/module -- reporting in Kintera/Sphere was so easy and it's not in Team Raiser.  I've spent countless hours trying to figure out how to get information out of Team Raiser.

Also, in Team Raiser -- for "pledges" -- P2P participants who enter gifts they're expecting to receive.  In Kintera/Sphere when those gifts came in it was as easy as running a list of pending donations and clicking "confirmed" -- not nearly that easy in Team Raiser.

Honestly, having transitioned from Kintera/Sphere to Team Raiser I would LOVE to sit down with the people who designed Team Raiser and ask them some questions.  I don't understand why BB didn't ask the industry what were the best features of Kintera/Sphere and incorporate them into Team Raiser.

OMG I agree with you 100%  If Sphere were a bit more robust, we would have stayed with it.  Their reporting was so much better than TR, The whole process is so time consuming.  I would also love to site with a product developer and show them what a database administrator has to go through using TR.  I waste so much time.

Hi, it will help others to upvote this idea and raise its visibility if there were more specific details of what you would want to see changed. Otherwise I think this is the only suggestion to vote on:

"in Team Raiser -- for "pledges" -- P2P participants who enter gifts they're expecting to receive.  In Kintera/Sphere when those gifts came in it was as easy as running a list of pending donations and clicking "confirmed""

Just want to make sure your enhancements are captured for our product teams to use when doing client research as it sounds like there are many more than just this one.

    Thanks!

    Ken
