Constituent search in TeamRaiser - results sort oddly

Go to TeamRaiser > Manage an event, click Register a participant
When you search in the Find Constituent box, the results pop up and are sorted weird. All capitalized letters sort prior to non-caps. A “Z” sorts higher than an “a”. Can they change this so that they sort alphabetically regardless of capitalization?
