LO Sync - Registering for multiple items (Calendar Events) should come over to CRM Correctly

When a user purchases multiple items (ie. Table of 10, plus tribute page) the sync brings over all items in the batch and then exceptions out because you can not register somebody more than once per an event.  The sync should change the second item to unnamed guest automatically so that all options that were registered for in LO make it to CRM without issue.
