Have a public facing "Sold Out" tag next eCommerce items that have sold out

Currently, once products have sold out they are immediately removed from the eCommerce listing. We use eCommerce to sell classes. We would like our constituents to know that a class was offered, but is now sold out. We currently have to manually enter a list of class offerings on our website and manually enter when a class has been sold out, which isn't the most efficient process.
