Allow split gifts for LO Sustaining gifts

We need to be able to split gifts so that we can track revenue that is attributable to a particular upgrade program. If someone signs up as a sustaining donor at $10 and then through an OBTM campaign upgrades to $15 we want be able to track the original $10 as attributed to the original campaign and the extra $5 as attributed to the OBTM campaign.
