Right now there is the ability to add a custom field on a Constituent record but not on a TeamRaiser record - we have a need to track Team-Raiser specific data which could be different for a single Constituent across different types of Events.  Currently we have to track them all at the Constituent level and embed the TeamRaiser name into the field name to differentiate - would be cleaner and more robust to have the ability to do this within the TeamRaiser registration record.
