Update secure protocol to HTTP/2 standard

Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) are a growing trend in mobile support for web applications. Google has identified that PWAs should utilize the newer HTTP/2 security protocol standard to improve performance because it's binary and multiplexed, and it allows for new features like server push notification. The Google Chrome Lighthouse plugin identifies this as a recommendation for PWAs and general web site performance.
