Update components and personalizations tools to be more user friendly and more intuitive

when dropping in the s-codes using the components and personalizations tools into Team Raisers web pages and autoresponders. The interface need to be updated and made more user-friendly for many of the more common requests (team name, current donor totals are either hidden or not usable and the user is forced to hand code these items into these pages.
