Add feature to Calendar Events so that they can be used for registrations and limit the number of registrations per transaction.

We came from sphere where we had registration forms, not ticket selling forms. We've had to resort to other tools because Calendar events do not offer enough options for us to limit someone to only register one time for a paid event. Luminate has been a real step down from Sphere in this area.
