Add functionality for “table captain” to be added to the calendar event which would allow a large number of names to be added to a list that can be added to the form.

We have 120 table captains at our annual luncheon, which is an RSVP (no cost to attend) event. In order to reduce user error, we have in the past (through Sphere) been able to have a drop-down menu with all of our Table Captains, and the user chooses which TC they are connected to. In LO, the drop-down menu has a small character limit, so we are unable to use this as an option. We now have six different drop-downs (created as "Questions") that are organized alphabetically (A-D, E-H, etc.), which 1.) makes the registration page busy, 2.) the questions appear on the confirmation screen and email, even if the question was not answered. We are using this inelegant solution, and hope your team can find a better one.
