Add a Nickname field for constituents in Luminate Online
It would be really helpful to have a nickname field in Luminate Online. Some constituents fill out forms with their nicknames instead of their full birth name. For example Bob signed up but his full first name is Robert. We get many duplicates because of this. It would be nice if Luminate Online had many of the same fields that Raiser's Edge has. Thank you.

Hello,
This functionality already exists in Luminate Online. You can enable the Nickname field in Cons360 through Setup > Database Configuration > Nickname. If you don't have access to this area then Support should be able to enable it for you.
