Add choice selection to Sustaining Gifts page

On the Donation Managment / Sustaining Gifts page, it is possible to search for Active, Lapsed, or Postponed gifts but not Completed gifts. To find Completed gifts, one has to (according to Blackbaud Support personnel) look at a specific donor's Transaction history. This causes confusion, especially if one does not know to look at Transactions and is expecting to see Completed gifts on the Sustaining Gifts page.
