Ability to track and measure progress against KPI's for event management
We want the ability to enter goals for various KPI"s that are used to manage and measure an event. Like team retention, for instance. We have needs beyond the simple few that are currently available in the product. It would be ideal if there was some flexibility on what each KPI field represented, or a very robust list of options to choose from. KPI's may vary from client to client. We want to be able to enter a goal and track to it. We would like to see these goals measured in Sky reporting (Luminate Beta Dashboards) and be able to run reports to measure progress. Also show on the status tab for the event.

Hi Holly, this is something that might be mostly solved with the new Visualization and Dashboard creator we're coming out with in 2017. With Sky reporting you will be able to choose your metrics and track progress toward goals with bullet charts. This will be launching with some of the most standard metrics for tracking and then expanding them over time. Look out for the quarterly roadmap calls in the first half of the year for more details.
