Add a warning message when you are copying a donation campaign

Donation campaigns should need to be copied infrequently. Our users copy them when they mean to copy a donation form. It would be great to provide a warning message asking the user if they actually mean to copy the campaign or if they meant to copy the donation form. This issue results in thousands of unwanted donation forms that we are unable to remove from the system on our own. We literally had to do a DI project to remove nearly 11,000 unwanted donation forms!
