Alert summary report based on alert published date

Create a way to run an alert summary report based on the alert launch date. When I run the advocacy summary report, it gives me all alerts that are currently active, and even expired alerts that may have possibly been edited within that time frame. It would be very helpful if we could run a report based on when the alert was published.
