Much-needed improvements to the CMS report "Recently published documents"
Here are two much-needed improvements to the CMS report "Recently published documents:" - Show who updated a document in addition to the author. Right now, if someone makes changes to a page that was created by an intern a year ago, it shows up in the report (which is good) but it doesn't say who made the change; it only lists the intern's name as the original publisher. - Allow this report to be emailed to admins on a scheduled basis so we can keep track of changes to our site.
