Pagebuilder should allow 301 redirects

If clients are moving sites from Luminate Online Pagebuilder to a third party or open source CMS in order to retain previous work for SEO/search engine results 301 redirects are required rather than 302. LO currently does not have the ability to set up 301 redirects.
