Responsive setup options in Teamraiser

Passing along an idea from our webapps team: If new Teamraiser is created (from scratch) and responsive donation form is chosen for event registration, then the event should by default : Select the Advanced TeamRaiser option to use Donations2 in Registration Transaction Processing. Select the Responsive layout for all TeamRaiser Pages and Custom Pages
