Merging Teams

Is it possible to merge teams. Team Plamann (a sub team under St. Thomas Aquinas - Milwaukee) no longer wishes to be a sub team, Christine Plamann would like to just be Christine Plamann part of the main all-school team. She doesn't want to lose her running donations total. Is that possible? Thank you!! Marcy Stone
