Duplicate Management
I would really like to see more flexibility for automatic merging in Luminate online. One of the things we want to do is merge duplicate records that are 100% but have NO Transactions or Registrations. I really hope in the near future Black Baud will enhance the Luminate Online merge tool by adding parameters or filters. Thanks in advance.

This would be really helpful. When I first started using Luminate in January 2014, there was still a tool that allowed you to merge two known duplicates in Luminate. It was very very handy and made life much easier. We have had to file countless cases with support when we have duplicates and half the time they don't know how to make two records merge without creating a fake gift or doing some crazy stuff when in reality, a simple "merge record" button would be 10x easier.
