Would be helpful to be able to query how LONG soft bounces have been bouncing
It would�helpful if there was some kind of query or report to �tell me the length of time that�emails with soft bouncing �have been soft bouncing.� We are specifically interested in knowing how long emails have been soft bouncing not just which ones are soft boucing. As we were told, "Unfortunately, there isn't a quick way to query or report on a soft bounce count or how long a particular email has been soft bouncing." Please consider this for a future upgrade soon. �

I'm with you on this! We need to be able to create a suppression "Do not email" group based on soft bounce count. We have a good number of emails that have soft-bounced over 100 times. We need to be able to suppress these folks. It seems this should be available in 'Tasks' but is not.
