update your CAPTCHA to reCAPTCHA
It's just out of date - nobody uses that anymore and the gray box is really hard to see where to type the word. Make it a check box saying I am not a robot.

How to add captcha to a FrontPage website? i recently made a site how to create a wikipedia page for my business Does anyone know an easy way to add captcha to a frontage website?
This definitely needs to be upgraded, especially if BB is going to recommend a captcha implementation for increased security. The current Captcha is not an appropriate option for the majority of our donor audience.
Captcha was officially no longer taking API calls after March 31, 2018. I feel this needs to be upgraded.
Yes, please! This is such a better experience for older supporters or supporters with visual disabilities.
