Duplicates that don't go through in RE should not go through in LO.
When merging duplicates in RE, the system prompts you to let you know that this will be performed in LO & RENXT, if for some reason the merge doesn’t go through the record is marked inactive in LO but still remains in RE Classic/NXT. Leaving it impossible to attempt to merge the record again (after you have figured out why the merge didn’t go through). You then have to go through this whole exercise of putting the record in a group in LO so support can make it active again. There needs to be an acknowledgment that the merge didn’t go through in RE so that the record remains active on the LO side.
