When you check the box to "select all" errors in the list, all of the boxes are checked, but none are actually selected (it says "All 0 error(s) of this type selected. This may include errors not shown on this page."
You actually have to unclick and re-click one of the items for it to actually select all items in the list. It makes the process much more time consuming, especially if you've got a lot of errors to delete or rebuild.

We do have bugs open for this problem (I found 69813 69018) and they will be worked through that process. I don't have a timeline on when that will be fixed yet because they are not as high priority as some of the other more critical fixes however I would recommend you contact Support to have your organization added to the affected list which helps raise it's priority.
This portal is focused on collecting new ideas or features enhancement requests beyond bug fixes so I'm going to close this out as it's being address in the bug process.
