Add List-Unsubscribe header

Add List-Unsubscribe header as an option for email sends. (http://www.list-unsubscribe.com/).

Strongly recommended in gmail Bulk Senders Guidelines (https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126?hl=en#unsub) and will soon be implemented in iOS mail app (http://www.spamresource.com/2016/06/apple-ios-10-to-support-list-unsubscribe.html).
