Expose race number / personal ID through API or web services

It's great that TeamRaiser can assign a "race number" or "personal ID" when someone registers. When an event is using another system (for example a timing system or in our case Blackbaud CRM) it is necessary to bring those numbers into other systems. It would be great to be able to do this through an API or web services call.

For API it would be ideal to have this in getParticipantProgress:

http://open.convio.com/api/#teamraiser_api.getParticipantProgress_method.html

For Web Services it would be ideal to have this in the TeamRaiserRegistration type:

http://open.convio.com/webservices/?referrer=http://open.convio.com/api/?referrer=https://www.google.com/#types.teamraiserregistration
