User generated ask array

Can the walker or team modify their donation ask array to suit their level of donors? We keep getting one off requests for custom donation forms and it is not sustainable for us via custom javascript. Could there be some controls in place in case we have things like case statements. If they change the levels, the case statements would need to be removed. Would want to turn this on per blueprint, not sitewide. But we want to allow our top end fundraisers more control of their donation form.
