Allow company coordinator to edit personal goal, team goal and company goal all the same way

Right now, can bundle personal and team goal, company goal is a different process. Understand cannot edit company goal until admin makes you the company coordinator, but once you are, should be able to edit all the same way in the Participant Center and not have to go somewhere else for a separate process.
