Separate Thank you for Your Gift Autoresponders

Separate Thank You for Your Gift AR functionality for regular gifts vs. recurring subsequent gifts. Subsequent gift autoresponder to include different messaging than regular donation autoresponder. Separate functionality of thermometer from autoresponder triggers (crediting full amount of gift on thermometer vs. sending single AR for full amount of recurring gift value.)
