Turn of auto-responder for admin registration

It would be great if there was a way to toggle off the "Thank you for registering" autoresonder when an administrator is registering someone in the backend or doing a registration upload. Right now, we have to disable the messages post Walk day, but if there are new registrations, those people also lose out on the AR. We'd like to leave it enabled and just avoid sending it when we do uploads and post Walk data entry.
