We have a large group of Strategic Partnership Directors (major gift officers) and due to the high turnover rate of this type of position, it is easy to have someone fall through the cracks when setting up large gift alerts. Allowing the large gift alert to be sent to a Luminate Online group instead of just a list of e-mail addresses would make the process of updating much quicker and more accurate, leading to better follow-up with large donors.
