It would be great if when viewing a participants registration information for a TeamRaiser event, that the administrator was given the option to log into the participant center as the constituent so that admins can help users without needing to know or reset their password. This is a very useful feature we've come across on other platforms and it would be great if we could do so in Luminate as well.

I was about to suggest a super-admin role that could go anywhere on the site, and a proxy credit card so that said super-admin could purchase events/teamRaisers/etc without it going into any records that then have to be dug out. Excellent suggestion.
From an end user support perspective, it would be very helpful if administrators could log in to another user's profile to help resolve & troubleshoot problems. For example, if I'm trying to verify data entry in the Participant Center for Jane Doe, it would be very helpful if I could log in as Jane and see what she is seeing without needing to know her username/password. I have seen where Convio administrators can do this, and I think it would be very helpful to provide this same functionality to our national super admin users.
