Enable an Option to have Luminate Update a Constituent's Profile with the Donor Information Provided at the time of a Transaction

Currently,  if a constituent is not logged in, none of the available address fields will update the constituent (e.g. Donor Street 1, Donor City, Donor Zip).

If the constituent is logged in, the donor address fields will update their record, but only if they're logged in.

The only option we have for always updating the constituent record whether logged in or not right now is using the billing address fields and the CONS_UPDATE_WITH_BILLING_DATA  and CONS_UPDATE_WITH_BILLING_DATA_NOT_LOGGED_IN to update those fields based on changes in billing whether logged in or out.

It would be nice to have similar SDPs to update that information based on the donor information instead of billing information in case they'd like to have the donor information and the billing information be different, but still recognize the change to the profile even if the person is logged out at the time.

Sample Scenario:

I've moved recently, but I'm making a donation with my mother's card - I wouldn't want my Mother's billing address to update my profile, but it should update my profile with my new address based on what I enter as the donor address even though I may not be logged in at the time.

    Sarah, and Luminate product team,

FYI - I saw a related wishlist item, https://luminateonline.ideas.aha.io/ideas/LUM-I-400 , with the client issue/question of

"Donors have an expectation that when they enter their mailing address in our donation form, their profile record will be updated with that most recently entered mailing address. We shouldn't have to require them to go to the Self-Service Center to update their mailing address."

but Ken Cantu only provided the answer for the scenario of "when the constituent is logged in".

Hi Kerry, should be the how current Luminate works. If your system isn't doing this please contact Support to explore if the following SDP isn't enabled for your site:
    CONS_UPDATE_WITH_BILLING_DATA:
Determines donation form behavior and how constituent data is updated from the billing data. When set to FALSE, the physical address entered by a constituent while making a transaction will not update the constituent's profile unless there is no data in those fields. In this case, the system uses the donor name and billing address to update the profile. When this option is set to TRUE and the constituent is logged in, they can update their information (but not their email address) from the billing fields.
    Ken

However, the donor use case scenario of them wanting to keep donor address different from billing seems like an edge case, at least to our org.

If the address cannot be updated, the billing address should be included in the Donation Report in addition to existing primary address--like it is in Event Guest List reports.
