Have a prompt that will alert you that you're immediately sending an email and you have to confirm so you don't immediately send instead of schedule by accident.  It would also be beneficial to have a button that says "Send Now" and one that is "Schedule to Send".  I'm always so scared that I'm going to send something immediately!
