Staff helps some large donors/walkers each year and have found it much easier to be able to copy and paste the emails in the past rather than uploading since they are basically ghosting as the walker in his/her PC so they don't have access to the person's accounts to grab their emails. It would make this much more functional for both this situation as well as some of our walkers who still have difficulty uploading contacts and therefore send email outside the system.
