Allow user to create a report of the data on the Greeting Page

Presently, you cannot run report of data on Greeting Page. Need to be able to run a report and capture details of information contained on the Greeting Page, such as coordinator name and phone, email address and website, sponsor 3, sponsor 5.

    This would better allow us to manage our events, as well as expedite the setup of future teamraisers the following season.
