There are certain fields that appear to be drop-down in the front-end but are appearing as an open text field when used in a report filter. If it is is a drop-down in the front end, then it seems logical to have a choice through the filters to be drop-down or checkboxes as well. This would create less errors from having the user type in incorrect values when trying to run a report.

The specific field we gave run into issues with is Team Division but  feel that this idea should be applicable to any field with specific choices.
