Allow Sustaining Gifts to Recur every 3 or 6 months.

It should be up to us to determine how often a gift recurs. Because we can't, i have to enter the gift and then immediately modify the next gift date so it runs when the donor wants it to. And I will have to remember to change it again every time. Being able to specify that the gift should recur every 3 months when first setting up the gift would eliminate so much extra work.
