Remove or fix ?referrer parameter for Chrome

The ?referrer parameter creates a lot of issues for Chrome users which is a significant portion of our visitors. 

- Since it appends to the end of the URL, it'll create new URLs & campaign names in Google Analytics data (even if we filter our the referrer query)

- It also complicates site search as it searches the user search term with the referrer parameter attached to it
