Include designation information for each transaction as part of response for getUserTransactions

We've been asked several times to build lists of giving histories for users but the orgs all use designations and not being able to show that info is a deal breaker. We've also done several things to conditionalize content based on designation of last gift but that always requires extensive convoluted work arounds.
