We would prefer for our users to not be able to use any stationary when sending emails in the Participant Center. We are able to accomplish this for our "Suggested Messages" with no problem. Where we ran into an issue is when the user creates their own saved template, when they start a new message with that template they are then able to choose from any of the stationary that is associated with the TeamRaiser. For us this includes ones that we use for autoresponders and coaching emails, and we do not want them to have access to any of these.
I submitted a Support request to see if this was fixable, and was told that there is currently no way to fix this problem so they encouraged me to submit it as a feature request for the future.
