Currently when building a survey, there is no option for internal naming versus external naming. This leads to MANY "Sign up for email updates" forms for our organization as we want to use different source codes for different surveys. This causes problems trying to find the correct survey for reports, links, etc.

It would be helpful to have an option similar to what is seen in advocacy actions.
