Make it possible to upload Interactions (Custom types or otherwise) in bulk

To perform segmentation in Luminate Online, it would be very useful to be able to upload Interactions, even if only Custom Interactions, which are only currently available to populate either manually or via Server API. One use case is for acquisition. We have tens of thousands of new prospects that came through a Change.org petition. While we can segment those users via a Group, it would be more useful if we could log that initial petition signature as an interaction that took place at a specific moment in time. Also, many of our existing members took this petition, and it's very useful to see that interaction as part of their supporter journey along with other interactions that took place in LO
