Include additional detail within (and/or the ability to customize) the 'large gift' notification email

When these gifts come in, it would be useful to have more details about the transaction in the administrator's inbox.

      Please add Donation Form Name as a field.

      The notification email should at the very least include the total amount the donor is giving. We have a donation form with fixed giving levels for 'memberships' and the option to include an additional donation but the notification email only includes the amount selected and not the additional gift amount. In the LO transaction on the donors record it includes all 3 fields (Gift Amount (total charged to CC), Membership Level and Amount (Suggested Giving amount & label) and Additional Amount)

      Better yet, I would like to be cc'd on the donor's acknowledgement email as I was in Sphere. Then, all the info I need is there AND I can forward them the gift acknowledgment when they can't find it. (Right now I have to re-create an acknowledgment for 3 donors).
