Currently the milestones do not appear to sort in any particular order. Initially it seems they appear in the order they were created, but after creating 9 or 10 this doesn't continue as new ones start appearing at the beginning of the list. This gets confusing if you have a large list of milestones that are based either on name or amount, and it would be easier to keep track of them if the list was sortable by either of those fields.
