Add detailed Logging across all "on" products - pages visited, changes made, etc. for ALL Users (all roles)

It would be extremely useful to have access to robust logging of any user's activity. This should include items such as pages visited and actions taken (links clicked, what files downloaded etc). All of these logged details should be date and time stamped.

Often teachers ask for this to see if students actually logged in and clicked a link, or downloaded a file. It would also be useful to analyze parent behaviour as they use the system.
