When constituents go to the Forgot Password page (https://secure3.convio.net/carter/site/UserLogin?CMD=ForgotPassword), please don't require them to enter both User Name and Email Address. Their username is their email address 99.99% of the time. It's confusing to our constituents because, when they registered with us as an email subscriber and/or donor, they never entered a username.
