Add the ability to include C-tags in all aspects

Add the ability to include C-tags in all aspects of a TeamRaiser

I've recently fallen in love with [[C1:event_title]] and the like, and I use it where I can. But it doesn't seem to be possible to use them in TeamRaiser's Text Options on individual pages.
